Cormoran Carbonate-Bicarbonate Buffer is a ready-to-use dry buffer mixture designed for applications in immunoassays, protein immobilization, and analytical workflows. It is particularly suitable as a coating buffer for ELISA applications, facilitating the adsorption of proteins, antibodies, and antigens onto microtiter plate surfaces.

The pre-formulated dry mixture provides a convenient and reproducible alternative to conventional buffer preparation. Simply dissolve the contents in the specified volume of purified water to obtain a 50 mM carbonate-bicarbonate buffer with a target pH of 9.6, without the need for individual component weighing or subsequent pH adjustment.

The dry formulation allows convenient storage at room temperature and reduces preparation time and handling errors.
