Cormoran® 5x qPCR Multiplex Master Mix is designed for reliable and flexible probe-based real-time PCR, with a particular focus on multiplex applications and challenging sample matrices.

The concentrated 5x formulation leaves more reaction volume available for primers, probes, sample input and assay-specific components, making it particularly useful for complex multiplex assays. The chemistry has been optimized to provide robust amplification even when working with direct or only minimally processed samples and shows good tolerance toward inhibitors commonly present in crude sample matrices, including blood-containing samples.
